As a pivotal member of our Human Resources team, the Talent Management & Culture Coordinator plays a crucial role in implementing effective talent management and culture strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing a skilled workforce worldwide. This position involves collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment between talent strategies and organizational goals while fostering a vibrant work culture.Key Responsibilities:Performance Management:Assist the Manager of Talent Management & Culture in developing, communicating, and executing a global performance appraisal system.Act as the primary contact and expert for the performance appraisal tool, managing system configurations, staying updated on new releases, and identifying additional usage opportunities. Serve as the main liaison for the system vendor.Generate reports and insights regarding the performance management process and outcomes.Culture & Employee Engagement:Support initiatives crafted by the Culture Club to design and implement an engaging employee experience for both onsite and remote employees globally.Oversee a calendar of global engagement events in partnership with local representatives.Launch initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale and job satisfaction.Conduct engagement surveys and collect feedback to refine company culture. Act as the administrator and expert for the survey tool, providing insights from survey results.Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure a conducive work environment across all locations.Learning and Development:Deliver high-quality, accessible e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training experiences.Configure, manage, evaluate, and report on blended learning initiatives via the internal Learning Management System.Monitor usage trends of tools and features within the LMS to create and execute plans addressing identified issues. Provide training for users as needed.Deliver reports and insights on LMS usage and both formal and informal learning experiences.Assist in developing career growth plans for employees.Compliance:Stay current with employment laws and regulations.Ensure compliance of the organization’s talent management practices with global legal requirements.Collaboration:Work with other departments to execute talent programs effectively.Collaborate closely with HR teams worldwide to implement various programs.Continuous Improvement:Regularly evaluate and enhance talent management processes.Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
