Key Responsibilities:
- Meet personal and store sales targets while setting a positive example for the team and nurturing their sales skills.
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining performance indicators.
- Collect and manage client information thoughtfully, including contact details.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities by promptly identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of store merchandise, pricing strategies, and store layout for effective customer assistance.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Leverage proficiency in various computer systems and applications, including POS and inventory management tools.
- Implement inventory security measures in compliance with the company’s loss prevention program.
- Adhere to all operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure store operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior retail management experience, particularly in an assistant manager role.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales, capable of leading and mentoring team members.
- Possess a positive, energetic, and engaging personality with a willingness to connect with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with customers and corporate partners.
- Technologically proficient, with the ability to operate retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds for merchandising purposes and comfortable using ladders or stairs.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring employees to create a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
