Key Responsibilities:
- Drive personal and store sales goals, inspiring the team and cultivating their sales skills.
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and meeting key performance indicators.
- Collect and manage customer information responsibly, including contact details.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills by proactively identifying customer needs and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of store merchandise, pricing strategies, and the layout of both the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various computer systems and applications, including POS and inventory management tools.
- Implement inventory security measures in alignment with the company’s loss prevention protocols.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures to guarantee smooth and secure store operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of prior retail management experience, preferably in an Assistant Manager capacity.
- Results-driven with a strong sales orientation, capable of leading and coaching team members towards success.
- A friendly, positive, and engaging personality; enthusiastic about initiating customer interactions and guiding them throughout the store.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with customers and corporate partners.
- Technologically adept with experience in retail POS systems, Microsoft Office, and email platforms.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds and navigate ladders or stairs as necessary.
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring staff, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused team atmosphere.
