Deep understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, zero trust architectures, and contemporary compliance frameworks. Outstanding communication skills with an executive presence—comfortable interacting with CISOs, CIOs, and other security decision-makers. Experience in supporting go-to-market initiatives, including participation in sales calls, conducting due diligence, and presenting to security-conscious enterprise buyers. Define, implement, and continuously refine TiDB’s global information security strategy and roadmap. Promote best practices in application security, data security, and infrastructure hardening. Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant standards. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to track evolving regulations in key markets. Engage directly with enterprise customers to foster trust in TiDB’s security practices. Represent the company through thought leadership, including written contributions and participation in public speaking engagements.
