Join Slate Cleaning as a Part-Time City Supervisor in beautiful San Diego, CA! This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients and lead our dedicated cleaning teams. As our on-site representative, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, performing quality inspections, and providing support and motivation to ensure that our cleaning standards are consistently exceeded.

In this hands-on position, you will closely collaborate with the cleaning teams, offering guidance, training, and encouragement. Your presence during scheduled site visits will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Site Visits

  • Conduct weekly on-site visits for the initial 30 days to establish rapport with clients and the cleaning team.
  • Transition to biweekly visits following the initial period to maintain ongoing communication and support.
  • Act as the primary Slate representative at the San Diego location, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Engage with clients during visits to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  • Lead walkthroughs with clients to assess service quality and align expectations.

Quality Control & Inspections

  • Carry out thorough inspections of cleaning tasks to ensure adherence to Slate’s quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure actionable follow-ups are completed.

Team Support & Training

  • Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to:
    • Reinforce proper cleaning techniques and adherence to Slate's standards.
    • Provide training using Slate checklists and processes.
    • Encourage and motivate team members for optimal performance.
  • Deliver real-time feedback and coaching to the cleaning staff.

Reporting & Communication

  • Document site visits and inspections using Slate's systems and apps.
  • Relay updates, client feedback, and any operational issues to Slate Operations.
  • Assist in implementing action plans as guided by management.
