Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Valid Food Handlers Certificate from the County Department of Environmental Health. Understanding of food safety regulations. Willingness to work with residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Ability to actively engage in tasks requiring walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English. Comfortable working in an environment with animals and pets. Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.

The Part Time Culinary Aide (Evening Shift) helps create a welcoming dining experience for residents. This role supports the kitchen and dining spaces, working alongside the team to prepare and serve meals with care.   • Assist with food preparation and keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Wash dishes and sanitize food service areas
  • Deliver meal carts to residents and restock refrigerators as needed
