Qualifications
What will you be doing?This isn't your typical office job; you'll play an active role in making a real difference for our customers. You will be the 'bike friend' who assists customers via phone, email, or chat. Your tasks during the 'summer phase' include:Answering questions: Helping customers choose the right accessories or checking on an order. Resolving issues: If something goes wrong, you’ll ensure the customer is back on track and smiling. Collaborating: Working closely with your team and the Lead Customer Care to provide the best service each day. Who are you?You are a student or a recent graduate who is eager to get hands-on experience. You enjoy talking to people and learn quickly how our systems operate. Availability: You can work from April through September. Communication: You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Attitude: You are positive, social, and a true team player. Experience: No prior experience required! We will equip you with the necessary training.
