The Role

As a Part-Time Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician, you'll be an integral member of our emergency care team, responding swiftly to a variety of cases where every moment matters. Your responsibilities will include triage, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing, all while providing compassionate support to pet parents during challenging times. This position is ideal for someone looking to apply their training in emergency care while advancing their skills and making a real difference.

Your Responsibilities

  • Treat every patient and owner with the utmost respect and care to ensure they feel valued and supported.
  • Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support during critical moments, from first triage through to discharge.
  • Administer medications, perform monitoring, and execute advanced procedures including IVs and blood transfusions.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates, contributing to the continuity of care and treatment planning.
  • Be prepared to perform CPR as a trained RECOVER professional; we provide extensive training and support.
