Starling Bank is looking for a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Team Leader based in Southampton. This role centers on guiding a team during evening hours to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The Team Leader works closely with the Customer Service Operations Manager and helps shape how customers experience Starling’s support.

Shift details
- Part-time, averaging 30 hours per week
- Evening shifts, typically from 17:00 to 01:30
- Shifts may be scheduled on any day, Monday through Sunday
