Position Overview

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to work additional hours may be needed to meet project demands.
On-Site Requirement: This role requires physical presence at the job location during scheduled hours. Please note that current residents of the property cannot be considered for this position.

**Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. Relocation must be completed prior to the start date.

Property Information: Woodland Apartments is a 224-unit garden-style apartment community established in 2012.
