Compensation: $20.00 per hour
As a Key Holder, your responsibilities will include:
- Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Handling POS transactions and overseeing management duties, including store openings and closings in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Driving sales and service initiatives during your scheduled shifts.
- Assisting in achieving store objectives by maintaining appropriate floor coverage and a sales-driven focus.
- Upholding all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Providing feedback regarding individual and team performance to management.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
