Job Title: Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter)
Position Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time
Days of Work: Friday to Sunday
Compensation: $5 - $6 per hour, based on experience
Work Environment: Remote
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter) to enhance our client’s thriving practice. This position is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication abilities, a knack for sales, and experience in managing patient interactions in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Send reminders and follow-ups to patients
- Address patient inquiries through email and CRM
- Manage incoming leads using Go High Level (GHL)
- Quickly book appointments to minimize lead drop-off
- Follow up with leads during off-hours to boost conversion rates
- Handle objections and guide patients towards booking
- Maintain professional and clear communication at all times

Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- Exceptional English communication skills (clear voice, no heavy accent)
- Demonstrated experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service
- Strong rapport-building and persuasive abilities
- Ability to respond promptly and manage time-sensitive inquiries
- Experience in addressing patient inquiries and objections
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM systems (preferred)
- Basic medical knowledge or experience in a healthcare environment
- Stable internet connection and strong work ethic
- Availability for weekend and off-hours work
Basic Requirements
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English
- Must possess relevant work experience
- Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with camera on (when needed)
