YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive individual ready to make a difference through the sale of our fun and inclusive dance class memberships! You will connect with clients during our classes to understand their experiences, identify their goals, and demonstrate how DivaDance can help them achieve those goals. This includes onboarding new members and ensuring they maximize their membership benefits, as well as engaging with our social media during classes while observing the class experience. The ideal candidate thrives on building meaningful relationships and is driven by values, excellence, and a desire to positively impact lives. Strong communication skills are essential, and while we provide comprehensive onboarding, prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
HOURS, COMPENSATION, AND LOCATION:
We are looking for someone to lead 1-2 classes per week, primarily during evenings and possibly on weekends. DivaDance operates our classes in existing facilities, so you will need reliable transportation to our studio in Boston. All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation includes $15 per class, an additional $10 for each membership sold, and access to free dance classes!
Having a tablet or iPad for this position is preferred.
