At MCG, our merchandisers are crucial in enhancing the retail experience by effectively showcasing brands and products on the selling floor. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales for our clients, ensuring that store fixtures are well-stocked and organized, and maintaining stunning visual displays. You'll also have the opportunity to regularly engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the retail floor through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintenance of visual displays.
- Secure optimal placement for clients’ products within the store.
- Implement new store setups and resets to align with floor plans.
- Assist customers in selecting products while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Adhere to store policies, including punctuality and dress code compliance.
- Build strong relationships with store management, sales staff, and the merchandising team.
- Complete all projects according to client specifications.
- Utilize design and fashion trends to engage and attract customers.
- Communicate pertinent client information that could enhance sales.
- Provide market insights regarding competitor product placement, visual presentation, and customer preferences.
- Leverage visual merchandising skills to optimally showcase brands and products.
