In this vital role, you will play a key part in supporting the increasing demand within our technology advisory and procurement consultancy. Your responsibilities will encompass operations, commercial intelligence, and sales support, ensuring that our leadership team has access to accurate information, clean data, and readily available materials for swift decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial Intelligence & Deal Support
- Develop and maintain pricing workbooks and comparison tools for evaluating clients and vendors.
- Construct pricing matrices to compare MSRP, discounts, net effective rates, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Quickly deliver pricing analyses, comparisons, and summaries to aid ongoing deals.
- Assist with RFPs and RFIs by managing timelines, organizing vendor responses, and summarizing inputs.
- Examine historical deal data and benchmarks to validate pricing fairness.
- Prepare concise internal summaries that enable leadership to take action without delay.
Revenue Integrity & Tracking
- Monitor commission terms and structures across vendors and partners.
- Verify monthly commission reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile expected payments against actual payments and identify discrepancies early.
- Maintain organized records of commission history, timing, and payment status.
- Create concise summaries to facilitate timely follow-ups on late or incorrect payments.
CRM Accuracy & Data Hygiene
- Ensure CRM systems serve as a reliable source of truth.
- Confirm that accounts, vendors, deals, notes, and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Enhance records with clear business context for easy access to information.
- Keep data current to prevent leadership from needing to chase information.
Operations, Scheduling & Workflow Support
- Provide operational support to accommodate increasing business demands.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate Zoom Meetings and utilize scheduling tools effectively.
- Assist with sales outreach, follow-ups, introductions, and action items.
- Track ongoing threads and proactively push work forward when it stalls.
- Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics as necessary.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop new processes and enhance existing workflows to boost efficiency.
- Document processes and assist in creating simple SOPs, templates, and trackers.
