Role Overview

The Part-Time Operations Associate joins the Operations team on-site in Glendale, AZ, reporting to the Operations Manager. This position supports daily operations and contributes to the growth of a start-up environment. Flexible scheduling is available, but weekend shifts are required.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Carry out opening and closing procedures for assigned work areas.
Keep equipment in good working order.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues as they come up.
Escalate concerns or feedback to the on-duty supervisor promptly.
Follow established operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Support retail store operations as needed, including transactions, inventory, and maintaining a clean store.
Assist with special projects when required.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years old.
Flexible availability, including possible extended shifts and work on weekends or holidays.
Interest in learning new processes and technologies.
