OACAC is hiring a part-time Payroll Clerk in Springfield to assist the Fiscal Office with payroll processing and related accounting duties. This role uses the PAYCOR HRMS platform to manage payroll tasks for the organization.
Schedule
- 25 hours per week
- Monday through Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee master files, including direct deposit information, deductions, and W-4 forms.
- Process payroll checks, deposit vouchers, and tax deductions.
- Close pay periods in the timekeeping system according to schedule.
- Review timesheets for accuracy and ensure all required documentation is organized.
- Prepare payroll reports for management.
- Support general ledger reconciliations related to payroll activities.
