Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct dynamic and standardized assessments to establish individualized speech and language treatment goals.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create comprehensive treatment plans and integrative strategies.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and co-treats with other disciplines when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Provide play-based and goal-oriented interventions to enhance receptive and expressive language skills, taking into account each child’s sensory processing, regulation, and motor differences.
- Facilitate engaging and effective experiences to target and achieve personalized goals.
- Develop strategies and supports to promote communication across various settings.
- Work collaboratively with children and their families to understand their values, interests, and aspirations.
- Implement comprehensive programming that addresses all aspects of the child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities.
- Contribute to the development of programs aimed at improving patient outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, team members, and caregivers on home programs that complement therapeutic interventions.
- Commit to providing a minimum of 22.75 hours of direct patient care each week.
