Your Responsibilities:
- Set speech and language treatment goals using both dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans and integrative strategies.
- Deliver personalized therapy sessions, including individual and group/co-treatment sessions as suitable.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records, documentation, and billing in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies to ensure high-quality care.
- Implement play-based and goal-oriented interventions to foster receptive and expressive language skills while considering the individual’s sensory processing, regulation, and motor differences.
- Create functional and engaging experiences aimed at achieving tailored goals.
- Develop strategies and supports to facilitate communication across various settings.
- Engage with individuals and their families to align on their values, interests, and objectives.
- Deliver programming that encompasses all facets of the child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities.
- Contribute to program development initiatives.
- Educate patients, families, team members, and caregivers on home programs that enhance treatment.
- Anticipate providing at least 22.75 hours of direct patient care weekly.
