Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance for in-home client services. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. For BTs: Must complete our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hiring. For RBTs: Attendance at required training programs.

This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the healthcare field while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with autism in various settings, including their homes, the community, and our centers.

  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress during sessions.
  • Engage in team meetings and participate in continuous training.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, and families to meet client needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support overall operations.
