Education and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum age of 18 years (21 years if located in New Jersey). Availability for after-school hours, weekends, and holidays is essential. Reliable transportation along with a valid driver’s license and car insurance are required for providing in-home services. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. For BT: Must complete a 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire. For RBT: Must attend required paid training programs.

This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding environment while receiving comprehensive training.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay is $24.15 per hour, with final compensation adjusted based on your experience and educational background. Don't miss out on our limited-time $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Growth Opportunities:

We believe in fostering career advancement. Our RBTs can progress to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, or even BCBA, along with access to our full scholarship program for a Master’s in ABA through Temple University and our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of employment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individuals with autism in various settings, including home and community.
  • Teach essential daily living and social skills through effective, evidence-based strategies.
  • Document and analyze session data accurately.
  • Participate actively in clinical team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Implement training and therapy plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Communicate proactively with team members, families, and clients to ensure optimal support.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
