You will work at various locations for renowned retailers such as Jumbo and Welkoop, collaboratively redesigning store layouts. What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €17.79 gross per hour (including vacation days and holiday pay).
- Weekly salary payments.
- Flexibility with a zero-hour contract; you control your work schedule.
- Full reimbursement of travel expenses if you travel by public transport.
- Compensation of €0.23 net + €0.085 gross per km if using your own vehicle, or the option to use a rental car.
Your Role:
At CPM Benelux, you'll work with major retailers like Jumbo, Xenos, and Welkoop. With frequent changes in store offerings, the store layouts need to be regularly updated. As a Retail Designer, you will collaborate with a team at a designated location each workday, following detailed shelf plans to restructure the store: emptying shelves, rebuilding them, and ensuring they are neatly stocked according to the plan. You will often work outside of opening hours since the locations are typically closed to customers during your shifts, allowing you to work efficiently and without interruptions. Teamwork, a proactive approach, and achieving visible results are key to this role!
In addition to store redesign, you may also serve as a Merchandiser, where you will enhance the visibility of well-known brands like PepsiCo, Rituals, and Mars. You'll visit multiple stores each day, working independently to set up promotional materials (POSM) or build displays.
