The Role:
As a Retail Stylist at Mejuri, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized shopping experience that reflects our mission of redefining luxury. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will connect customers with exquisite jewelry, ensuring that every interaction embodies Mejuri’s standards of excellence.
Our Stylists foster a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel appreciated and empowered to make confident choices. By leveraging your extensive product knowledge and passion for style, you will assist customers in finding pieces that resonate with their personal stories while achieving key performance indicators, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:
- Lead by Example: Uphold and reinforce the quality of the in-store experience by effectively communicating and training team members on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
- Service Promotion: Ensure a positive customer experience while promoting our service offerings, including piercing and engraving.
- Key Performance Indicators: Responsible for achieving OPH, SPH, and maintaining an NPS score of 85% or higher.
Operational Support:
- Order Fulfillment: Assist as necessary with back-of-house operations to support in-store sales and online orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
