Role Overview
This part-time Sales Assistant position is based at the Swindon Outlet. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting the store team to meet sales goals.
What You Will Do
- Consistently provide friendly, attentive service to all customers.
- Welcome shoppers, identify their needs, and guide them to the right products for a positive experience.
- Handle stock tasks: perform pair checks, organize the stockroom, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Keep the shop floor tidy and well-stocked, maintaining store presentation standards.
- Work with management and team members to achieve sales targets.
- Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and explain their benefits to customers.
- Help plan and carry out in-store promotions.
- Represent the brand by following uniform guidelines (all black, unbranded, in line with brand values).
- Take part in ongoing training to build confidence as a brand ambassador.
