- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and performance targets within a retail environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Availability during business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move items weighing at least 40 lbs.
- Comfortable with climbing ladders, moving about frequently, and standing for extended periods.
