Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution & Sales SupportIndependently opens and closes the Studio, ensuring all procedures are accurately followed. Facilitates daily visual merchandising, restocking supplies, and maintaining Studio cleanliness. Analyzes daily operations and implements strategies to enhance performance. Acts as a floor leader during designated shifts, optimizing team organization to achieve sales and service targets. Ensures compliance with safety and brand standards, particularly regarding piercing procedures and Studio hygiene. Customer ExperienceProvides outstanding service and educates customers about the Studs experience. Handles service recovery and escalates customer issues when necessary. Creates a welcoming and consistent customer journey that aligns with our service expectations.
