Super Soccer Stars has been a leader in youth soccer for over 20 years and is recognized as the largest program of its kind in the United States. Launched in North Bay in 2023 by a dedicated local mom and lifelong soccer enthusiast, our program has rapidly expanded over the last two years, serving schools and communities across Marin and Sonoma Counties. POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Soccer Coach to represent the fastest-growing youth soccer program in North Bay! Your role will involve leading fun and educational soccer activities in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with children and/or youth sports, demonstrate reliability, and possess a positive, energetic demeanor. *Please note that a background check will be conducted.

The pay for the Assistant Coach position starts at $25 per hour, including a daily commute stipend. If you pursue a Lead Coach position after training and onboarding, your pay will increase to between $30 and $35 per class.

Lead classes using our customized, age-appropriate enrichment curriculum that focuses on holistic child development.
Provide individualized attention to ensure every child experiences success.
Adopt a non-competitive approach to foster a fun and stress-free learning environment.
Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage improvement and celebrate achievements.
Participate in regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to continually enhance your skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Classes are scheduled during weekday mornings and after-school hours, as well as weekend mornings. Ideal candidates should be available during some or all the following times:

Monday-Friday: 1 PM - 5 PM
Weekends: 9 AM - 1 PM

CLASS LOCATIONS:

Classes will take place at various local schools, parks, and recreational centers in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Coaches may need to travel up to 15 miles to reach class locations, and a daily commute stipend is provided for travel across city borders.
