Your Mission:
As a Partner Manager, you will oversee and cultivate our relationships with partners from the onboarding phase through to product launch and beyond. You will serve as the primary liaison for our partners, coordinating all necessary changes and consistently supporting them in building their product and business. This role is pivotal in positioning lemon.markets as the premier provider for launching investment products across Europe.
We value ownership and autonomy at lemon.markets. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Partnerships and work closely with teams in Go-to-Market, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Outsourcing to ensure our partner relationships are primed for success from the outset. This is your chance to shape our partner framework, ensuring that launching an investment product with lemon.markets is a straightforward and customer-focused experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with our business partners, continually enhancing these relationships and coordinating change processes.
- Act as the first line of defense for our outsourcing partners, ensuring that their needs are met and their products are developed effectively.
