Process Excellence and Scalability

Map and document core Partner Success and go-to-market processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checks, and process standards throughout the partner lifecycle.
Transform manual workflows into scalable operating procedures.
Lead operational improvement projects to enhance onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Maintain up-to-date and accessible team documentation.

Data and Systems Operations

Manage data quality and hygiene in systems such as Planhat and Salesforce.
Set data standards, conduct audits, and address issues at their source.
Monitor integration health and resolve data drops or system issues quickly.
Improve system reliability to support accurate reporting and automation.
Support scalable data readiness across lifecycle processes.

Automation and Tooling
