About The Role:
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle management of significant events, starting from the signing of commercial contracts by the sales and legal teams until the event's final closure.
- You will serve as the primary liaison among all stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams.
- While you will have overall ownership of the process, you will collaborate within a team, ensuring timely execution by managing tasks across various departments.
- You will communicate product and process needs to our headquarters, collaborating with the product and engineering teams to compile and prioritize requirements.
- You will create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A resource to equip our user support team with answers to potential user inquiries.
