Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to elevate our presence and accelerate revenue growth in the LATAM region. This pivotal role will be instrumental in scaling our business through strategic collaborations with hyperscalers and key local channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and service providers. As a quota-carrying position, the Partner Sales Manager will take charge of achieving designated sales targets while facilitating the resale and enhancing the adoption of TiDB products within our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Quota and Revenue Generation
- Manage an individual sales quota by identifying and closing partner-sourced sales opportunities.
- Work closely with partners to pinpoint, qualify, and expedite strategic sales initiatives.
- Create detailed account plans with top-tier partners to maximize the visibility and sales velocity of TiDB.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on partner pipeline and quota achievement.
Partner Development and Management
- Recruit, onboard, and oversee strategic channel partners (resellers, SIs, distributors), primarily aligned with targeted cloud vendors.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and their top partners.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and co-selling initiatives to enhance TiDB adoption through the partner network.
- Ensure partners are equipped, certified, and incentivized to effectively sell TiDB.
Go-to-Market Development
- Localize partner go-to-market strategies specific to the assigned territory.
