Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for exceptional technologists to join our Partner Solution Architect team, ensuring that our product (TiDB) and solutions meet the needs of our customers across SaaS and other Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments. The TiDB Partner Solution Architect team is tasked with analyzing the most beneficial industries and business scenarios for TiDB in diverse global markets, identifying effective go-to-market strategies, and delivering these solutions to business teams across regions. You will guide customers in designing and building dependable, scalable systems using our data platform through professional services. Our team consists of dedicated software and database architects, alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities:

Assist business teams in North America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan to drive success in the new economy sector, ensuring that relevant business metrics are achieved at the solution level, and raise the Proof of Concept (POC) success rate of account teams.
Provide market insights into global new economy verticals (gaming, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, etc.), develop a profound understanding of industry business scenarios, identify market and data technology trends, create and implement scenario-based industry solutions, and facilitate product entry into various sectors while safeguarding product integrity and collaborative implementation ecology.
Guide customers on architectural designs, patterns, and strategies for optimizing TiDB usage through effective tooling and engaging user experiences.
As a technical expert, stay informed about data technology trends, explore the latest data tech stack and data products, and produce high-quality technical content and solutions.
