Your Profile
If you are a strategic relationship expert dedicated to post-sales success, you excel in onboarding, KPI achievement, renewals, expansions, and collections. Utilizing AI-assisted documentation and contract management, you are adept at coordinating internal teams with an unwavering focus on client retention and net revenue retention. Your organizational skills and commercial acumen define your approach.

Main Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners; oversee onboarding, delivery milestones, and continual KPI monitoring.
• Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and renewal schedules (with AI assistance); uphold an audit-ready contract register.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing and collections alongside Product/Execution on service delivery, proactively addressing risks.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins, and partner enablement/training sessions as necessary.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while supporting pricing proposals and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnership roles with proven retention and renewal results.
• Strong commercial instincts, with experience in renewals, billing coordination, and collections processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation abilities, along with familiarity in using CRM and contract registers.

• Background in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships.
• Understanding of net revenue retention (NRR) forecasting and partner enablement initiatives.

Compensation & Performance Bonuses
Base salary: USD $750 - $1000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Performance incentives: Annual bonuses for exceeding KPIs.

Contractor Terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payments made in USD via direct bank deposit, with monthly invoicing. No employee benefits; paid time off available for those demonstrating exceptional performance and exceeding KPIs.
