Role Overview

As the Partnerships Lead for Blockchain Infrastructure, you will be instrumental in driving the development of infrastructure partnerships that are crucial for the Superchain. This role encompasses managing the complete lifecycle of vital partnerships within the OP Stack ecosystem, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and maintaining relationships with key blockchain infrastructure providers. A unique blend of commercial, strategic, and technical skills is essential to successfully navigate the dynamic crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire lifecycle (sourcing, negotiation, integration, and partner management) for essential ecosystem infrastructure partnerships, such as:
- On/off ramps and payment solutions.
- Compliance, insurance, and risk management frameworks.
- Market makers, liquidity infrastructure, and select centralized exchange relationships.
- Partnerships related to stablecoins and fiat-rail services.
Work collaboratively with the Product team to define and launch new offerings that utilize third-party technologies, particularly in areas such as Privacy and CGT.
Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the infrastructure partner ecosystem.
Communicate proactively with executive leadership regarding key ecosystem developments, potential partnership challenges, and strategic updates.

Partnership & Business Acumen:
- Extensive experience in managing and scaling strategic partnerships within the crypto infrastructure domain, demonstrating a successful track record in overseeing complex categories from start to finish.
