Job Summary

We are in search of an entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager in Sydney to spearhead new business growth by establishing and expanding a premier agency and digital consulting partner ecosystem throughout the APAC region.

This isn’t just another partner role; it’s your opportunity to design and lead a groundbreaking go-to-market strategy powered by strategic digital agencies, marketing consultancies, and experience-driven service providers. You will oversee the strategy, execution, and revenue impact of our agency channel, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to unlock new revenue streams and enhance market penetration. Additionally, you will manage several agency partners, focusing on upsells, renewals, and client management.

Your Responsibilities

Pioneer the Agency Partner Landscape

  • Map the APAC digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify high-potential partners that align with Emplifi’s ideal customer profile and market segments.
  • Define the criteria, structure, and segmentation for our agency program with a focus on growth and scalability.

Recruit & Activate High-Impact Partners

  • Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new agency partners that demonstrate strong alignment with go-to-market strategies.
