The Role:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us in the capacity of PASA Program Lead. Reporting to the Associate General Manager – Colorado, this is a Full-Time Hybrid position based in Denver, CO. As the PASA Program Lead, you will be a pivotal leader in driving the expansion and operational success of our PASA service lines throughout Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in establishing PASA services within a growing agency, adept at navigating uncertainty and translating it into actionable plans. You will be responsible for the development, launch, and management of Abby Care's PASA program, which includes Community Connector, Homemaker Enhanced, Respite, and Supported Community Connector services, building upon our existing family CNA and IHSS framework.
In this leadership role, you will manage all facets of program development, encompassing staffing, provider enrollment, service delivery, compliance, and relationship management with families, case managers, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive launch and growth strategy for PASA services, ensuring adherence to compliance and credentialing standards while focusing on staffing, service delivery, and quality assurance.
Guarantee full compliance with all HCPF regulations, PASA operational directives, care plan requirements, incident management protocols, and quality assurance benchmarks.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with SEPs, CCBs, case managers, payors, and other essential referral and oversight partners throughout Colorado.
