Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting passengers at self-service check-in kiosks
- Performing check-in for passengers and luggage at ticket counters
- Managing excess baggage charges & services
- Verifying travel documents and passenger identity
- Coordinating aircraft arrivals
- Accompanying passengers
- Overseeing boarding gate operations (organization, announcements, baggage checks, passenger boarding)
What We Are Looking For:
- High School diploma
- B2 level English proficiency (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
- A second foreign language is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency with computers
