No prior experience in airports or air transport is required, as our training team will equip you with the skills needed for your role through theoretical lessons and hands-on practice.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting passengers with automated check-in machines
- Check-in of passengers and baggage at check-in counters
- Managing excess baggage charges & services
- Verifying travel documents and identity
- Aircraft arrivals coordination
- Escorting passengers
- Boarding gate coordination (organizing gate, announcements, hand luggage checks, and passenger boarding)
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma
- English language proficiency at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
- A second foreign language is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is beneficial
- Proficiency with computers
