Join our dynamic team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills, while also working to minimize challenging behaviors.
We are seeking compassionate individuals who are committed to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential. The ideal candidates will possess patience, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience is not a requirement. However, it is essential to be physically prepared, as the role involves standing, walking, sitting, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
