Position Summary:This is a voluntary, unpaid internship designed to provide essential support for Our Children’s Trust's strategic initiatives in Washington, DC. As a Government Affairs Intern, you will directly assist in Our Children’s Trust’s legal efforts concerning federal actions, including the constitutional and public trust climate case initiated against the federal government by 21 young plaintiffs in Juliana v. United States. Interns will engage in a variety of projects and will be integral to our operations. We value careful, accurate, and self-directed work and are looking for motivated interns who exhibit strong research, writing, and communication skills, and who can work independently, take initiative, demonstrate flexibility, and think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
