Essential Functions:
- Offer technical expertise to facilitate the development of system requirements and supporting documentation.
- Oversee contract specifics for the office, inclusive of funding and value modifications.
- Effectively prioritize mission demands and manage workload independently, recognizing the appropriate authority in diverse scenarios while collaborating with government and industry stakeholders.
- Track task execution and completion, contributing to project briefs, drafting project reports and related materials, and coordinating logistical arrangements for project meetings, reviews, and teleconferences.
- Compile acquisition documents for purchase request packages.
- Assist in portfolio and program planning, including technical performance, scheduling, and managing government action items by preparing project plans, milestones, and status reports while monitoring task execution.
- Support the assessment of technical and financial risks associated with operations and maintenance (O&M) requirements, collaborating with industry partners on O&M support.
- Facilitate travel to CONUS-based contractors and testing facilities for programmatic reviews, technical exchanges, and system testing.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
