Get to Know Our Team:
The Fintech Commercial team serves as the crucial link between external Fintech partners (such as payment schemes, payment service providers, and issuers) and Agoda's Finance department. We represent the business aspects of Agoda’s “Pay-in” (Consumer Payments) and “Pay-out” (Business Payments) sectors within our Fintech ecosystem. Collaborating with our fintech partners and cross-functional stakeholders, we identify and execute payment optimization initiatives, introduce new payment methods, and drive fintech innovation throughout Agoda.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled, results-driven Payments Optimization Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will:
- Utilize your analytical prowess to conduct analyses, enhance our data infrastructure in collaboration with data teams, and develop compelling business cases.
- Engage with leading Fintech and payments companies on global payments optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Agoda, including Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, Customer Services, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and data skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Successful candidates will also exhibit effective organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling them to forge successful partnerships with cross-functional teams in a results-oriented manner.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Analyze payment method costs and performance data to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with Product and FinTech solutions teams to implement improvements.
