Their meticulousness and proactive approach are essential to our ongoing success.

PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT II

Operating from Rocket Lab's Albuquerque, New Mexico facility, the Payroll Accountant II is responsible for the accurate processing and management of the company’s payroll records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for both salaried and hourly employees.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data to guarantee accurate payroll payments, reporting, and records.
  • Facilitate employee contributions for 401K, HSA, ESOP, and Stock-Based Compensation, coordinating with third-party providers.
  • Assist in managing payroll inquiries and resolving issues.
