Your Main Challenges

Operational Payroll Management

Accurately input updates, overtime, and deductions into the system.
Provide timely responses to employee emails and requests.

Benefits Control and Compliance

Execute the calculation and registration of Thirteenth and Fourteenth Salary.
Manage all aspects related to social benefits and reserve funds.

Relationship with Regulatory Bodies

Be proficient in the platforms of IESS and the Ministry of Labor (SUT).
Ensure strict compliance with the Labor Code and current wage system.

What We Are Looking For

Education: A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or in the process of obtaining a degree.
