Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:1. Payroll ManagementCollects, prepares, calculates, and verifies payroll statements. Monitors absences, leaves, overtime, and other variable payroll elements. Processes social and tax declarations (URSSAF, DSN, etc.) within the required deadlines. Manages and processes third-party claims. 2. Compliance and Regulatory MonitoringApplies and complies with legal and contractual regulations (labor code, collective agreements, internal agreements). Maintains legal and social monitoring to anticipate changes affecting payroll. 3. Personnel AdministrationUpdates employee records related to payroll (change of address or bank account, promotions, etc.). Prepares documents related to employee departures (final settlements, certificates, work attestations). Updates the Payroll HRIS. Prepares monthly reports. 4. Process ImprovementParticipates in optimizing payroll management tools and processes. Identifies dysfunctions and proposes corrective solutions. Updates compensation guides and payroll procedures based on NAO. 5. Stakeholder RelationsAdds value by responding to employee inquiries regarding their remuneration and social rights. Collaborates with HR, accounting, and external service providers (pension funds, mutuals).
