Your Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Independent monthly payroll processing for a dedicated client base
- Calculation of all payroll components including special payments, benefits in kind, and garnishments
- Reporting to social insurance agencies, tax offices, and professional associations
- Management of personnel master data and files
Support for annual financial statements (payroll aspects) including annual reports and payroll tax certificates.
Consultation and Expertise:
- Advising on payroll tax and social security issues
- Assisting with payroll tax and social security audits
- Consultation on special payroll cases (short-time work, company pension schemes, mini-jobs)
