As a Payroll Specialist, you will take charge of payroll processing for our clients, predominantly comprising medium-sized enterprises. Your strong knowledge in payroll tax, social security, and related legal frameworks will enable you to provide competent and solution-oriented advice.

Your Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Independent monthly payroll processing for a dedicated client base
  • Calculation of all payroll components including special payments, benefits in kind, and garnishments
  • Reporting to social insurance agencies, tax offices, and professional associations
  • Management of personnel master data and files

Support for annual financial statements (payroll aspects) including annual reports and payroll tax certificates.

Consultation and Expertise:

  • Advising on payroll tax and social security issues
  • Assisting with payroll tax and social security audits
  • Consultation on special payroll cases (short-time work, company pension schemes, mini-jobs)
