ArcoPlus is seeking Pedagogical Consultants to engage with our supplementary educational solutions, supporting partner schools on their pedagogical journey and performance outcomes.
What challenges will you tackle with us?
• Provide pedagogical oversight for affiliated schools;
• Connect our digital tools to enhance teaching and learning methods for students and educators;
• Conduct training sessions for teachers and organize workshops for parents, students, and educators;
• Frequent travel for school visits nationwide;
• Organize visits and manage requests with partner teams.
We are looking for talents who possess:
• Experience in educational institutions as a teacher and/or coordinator (pedagogical experience);
• Experience in educational institutions as a teacher and/or coordinator (pedagogical experience);
• Willingness to travel weekly;
• Active driver's license (CNH B) and ability to drive on roads;
• Skill in utilizing management technology tools;
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, and adaptability to various school contexts;

• Organizational skills and self-management (route and routine management).
Preferred qualifications:
