About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide specialized in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You will assess, plan, and execute developmentally appropriate interventions aimed at enhancing each child's functional independence and overall quality of life.
With both part-time and full-time schedules available, we offer flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-Time: 15 to 24 visits per week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Sign-On Bonus:
Eligible candidates can earn up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, paid after 180 days of employment, based on specific qualifications:
- Full-Time OT
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willingness to supervise COTAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each child’s needs.
- Conduct evaluations utilizing both standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills.
- Accurately document treatment sessions, progress notes, and updates to care plans.
- Engage in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
- Stay updated on pediatric OT best practices and regulatory requirements.
