About the Role:
We are excited to invite a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. You will provide tailored in-home therapy for pediatric patients across San Antonio, working under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to help children achieve their developmental milestones through engaging therapeutic interventions.
We offer flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle, whether you prefer part-time or full-time work.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-Time: 15 to 24 visits per week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Support communication assessments and therapy activities.
- Guide families on speech-language exercises and techniques for at-home practice.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
- Engage in team meetings, progress evaluations, and care planning.
- Stay abreast of current practices and compliance standards in pediatric speech therapy.
