About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients in San Antonio. Under the guidance of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, you will play a crucial role in helping children meet their developmental objectives through engaging and effective therapeutic interventions.
We offer flexible scheduling options, whether you're seeking part-time or full-time work, allowing you to create a caseload that fits your availability and lifestyle.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-Time: 15 to 24 visits per week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Support communication-based assessments and therapeutic activities.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress.
- Engage in team meetings, progress reviews, and care planning.
- Stay informed on current practices and compliance standards in pediatric speech therapy.
